Konstantin Bochkarev

Konstantin is a dual qualified lawyer with 20 years of experience with global tech companies and international law firms in Russia, the US and Cyprus. He is advising multinational businesses, Internet startups and venture funds on IP, M&A, data privacy, fintech, commercial and corporate matters.

Before bchk.legal Konstantin was a general counsel at mobile ad network Airpush, and head of business and legal affairs at Wargaming. He also managed IP and technology practices at the Moscow offices of the world's largest firms: CMS, PwC and White & Case.

Konstantin is a frequent speaker on tech and digital events in Russia and abroad. Since 2014 he has been teaching Internet Law, Entertainment and Video Game Law, Contracts & Negotiations and Venture Capital as a visiting lecturer at Russia’s top university HSE Law School.

Konstantin was recognized by Best Lawyers 2020 for his expertise in IT law. He is admitted to practice law in Russia and New York.

Dmitry is a Russian litigation and arbitration attorney with 20 years of experience in dispute resolution. He is also a corporate lawyer with a focus on M&A, corporate governance and corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and financing.

Before bchk.legal Dmitry was a partner in a leading national law firm, and Head of M&A and Financing at a major Russian transportation and logistics company. In 2018-2020 Dmitry managed M&A and financing deals totalling more than USD 300 mln.

Dmitry has successfully represented clients before Russian state courts of all levels as well as before the major international forums (ICC, SIAC, SCC, ICAC, etc.). He was a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and he has extensive experience in recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards.

Dmitry was named a Future Leader in litigation by Who’s Who Legal.

Anna is a Russian qualified lawyer with 16 years of experience with global tech companies both as in-house general counsel and an independent legal adviser. She is advising on software development, cloud computing, data security, e-commerce, IP, data privacy and GDPR, M&A and corporate governance.

Before bchk.legal Anna was a general counsel at e-sports holding ESForce (owner of VirtusPro, SK and NaVi teams), head of legal at Yota Devices and chief legal officer at Playrix – one of the world's largest mobile game developer and publisher.

Anna is one of Russia's most seasoned in-house counsels. She was a general counsel in Luxoft supporting its IPO on NYSE in 2013 and she currently serves as an outside general counsel at Virtuozzo, a private company that provides virtualization software. In 2010 and 2013 Anna’s departments were recognized as the best legal departments in IT.

Anna is a regular speaker on IP and e-sports. Her speaking engagements have included Saint Petersburg International Legal Forum and Russian Venture Forum.
